At ToBeNamed Studio, shipping is treated as part of the product experience. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • During launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

U.S. Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Tracking information is sent once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method.

  • Free shipping promotions apply only when explicitly stated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

  • Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional postage to resend.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by address errors.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

  • We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

  • If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.
