I was really looking forward to these socks based on the product photos, but the quality was a major disappointment. They are extremely thin and feel much cheaper than I expected. I have plenty of everyday, all-season socks that feel substantially better made, and these do not inspire confidence that they will hold up through regular wear and washing.
I reached out to the seller directly to give them an opportunity to resolve the issue before leaving a review. Unfortunately, the response was dismissive. Rather than addressing my concerns, they emphasized that the socks were not winter or sports socks and pointed out that they had not received other complaints.
Disappointing product quality and an equally disappointing customer service experience. I would not purchase again.

When you first reached out, we promptly offered you a full refund in accordance with our standard store policy, which requires items to be returned in their original, unwashed, and unused condition. Because our items are personal products, hygiene and safety standards strictly prevent us from accepting used or washed merchandise for return or refund. Unfortunately, since the items had already been washed and used, they no longer qualified for processing.
We always encourage customers to inspect products and reach out prior to washing or altering them. We value constructive feedback and remain dedicated to maintaining fair, clear standards for all of our customers.
