Return & Exchange
We want every piece from ToBeNamed Studio to feel intentional, exciting, and worth the hype. If something’s not working for you, here’s how we handle it—clearly and fairly.
Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Please notify us within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a resolution.
- Items must be UNUSED, UNWASHED, and in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
- Exchanges follow the same rules as returns.
- Return shipping is covered by the buyer unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
- Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and approved.
Damaged or Incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or not quite right, we’re genuinely sorry—that’s not the experience we aim to deliver.
Send us a message as soon as you can (photos help), and we’ll take it from there. Whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund, we’ll make it right.

Refunds
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refund timing follows Etsy’s standard processing timelines.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
A Few Final Notes
- Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund.
- Any final-sale or custom items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
