Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING PROCEDURES 

  • Free standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage Mail 2-11 business days) is applicable on all domestic orders over $120.
  • Domestic orders can be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROCEDURES  + DUTIES 

  • Free international shipping (USPS First-Class Package International Mail 7 - 21 business days) is applicable on all international orders over $200
  • International orders can be shipped via USPS First-Class Package International, UPS, DHL
  • Stress-Free International Shipping. We use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. We handle all import duties, taxes, and shipping fees upfront. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no unexpected bills when your package arrives at your door.

Please make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. ToBeNamed Studio is unable to reroute packages.

  • Order at $200 and more - Free USPS First-Class Package International / DHL Express Worldwide
  • Order Under $200 - $36 USPS Ground Advantage

ORDER FULLFILLMENT

In-Stock Items: These are ready to go! We process and ship in-stock orders within 1–3 business days.

Pre-Order Items: Delivery windows for pre-orders vary by item; please check the specific product page for the most accurate timeline.

Note on Sustainability: To reduce our environmental footprint, we typically ship your entire order once all items are ready. If you’d prefer to receive your in-stock pieces sooner, we are happy to arrange a split shipment upon request.

Made-to-Order (L’OBJET UNIQUE Bags & QUANDO Jewelry): Due to the delicate nature and specialized production of these collections, items are fulfilled on a made-to-order basis to maintain our high quality standards. Please allow 2–4 weeks for dispatch from the date your order is placed.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed before 2 PM PST (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends begin processing the next business day.
  • Order placed after 2 PM PST on Friday, will begin processing the following Monday.

We continue to process and ship orders during major holidays; however, please expect delays as carriers do not pick up or move mail on these days.

Cut-off times are estimates. While we aim for speed, shipping may be delayed by payment verification, address corrections, or external factors beyond our control (such as extreme weather or carrier outages).

Product Availability: We do our best to keep everything in stock, but availability isn't guaranteed. If an item you ordered is delayed or out of stock, we’ll reach out to you via email right away.

Processing Queue: To keep things fair, we process all orders in the order they are received. Choosing an expedited shipping method (like UPS or USPS Priority Mail) speeds up the time your package spends in transit, but it does not "skip the line" for internal processing.

Carrier Delays: Once your package leaves our studio, delivery speed is in the hands of the carrier. Because transit delays are outside of our control, we are unable to offer refunds on shipping costs due to carrier-related delays.

Sales Tax: For our U.S. customers, sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your local state and county regulations.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once ToBeNamed Studio hands your order over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for the merchandise passes to the recipient.

  • Our Support: If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to help you locate it or file a claim with the carrier.
  • Responsibility: Please note that ToBeNamed Studio is not responsible for merchandise that is lost, missing, or stolen once marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Discretion: We highly recommend shipping to a secure location or a monitored address to ensure your order arrives safely.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Damages & Missing Items: Please report issues within 7 calendar days of delivery. Reports must include your order number and a photo of the package/items.

Conditions: Replacements or refunds are subject to review. Worn or soiled items are ineligible for return. Please review Return & Exchange policy for more information.

3rd Party Retailers: We only provide support for products purchased directly through our website. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer directly.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking Inquiries: For the most up-to-date information regarding the whereabouts of your package after it has left our studio, please contact the carrier directly. They have the most accurate details regarding your delivery status.
