The photos led me to expect socks of better quality, but these were a letdown upon arrival. They are very thin, feel insubstantial, and leave me questioning how well they will hold up over time. I was not expecting heavy winter socks, just well-made everyday socks worth the price.
I gave the seller an opportunity to address my concerns privately before posting a review. Unfortunately, the response was essentially that the socks were not intended for winter, that other customers had not complained, and that the seller had no issues with them personally. That does not address my actual concern about the material and construction. The only resolution offered was a refund for unused pairs, even though I had to wear the socks to evaluate them.
A more constructive response would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left disappointed with both the purchase and the service. I would not recommend these.

Because our products are personal items, hygiene and quality standards prevent us from accepting returns or issuing refunds on items that have already been washed or used.
If the fabric or hand feel of an item does not meet your expectations upon delivery, the proper procedure is to contact us immediately—before washing or using the product—to request a return. Washing the item indicates acceptance of the product in its current state, making it ineligible for a refund.
We kindly ask our customers to review our Return Policy prior to purchase and before altering or washing any item. As this product has been washed and used, we are unable to process a return or refund for this order.
